Candidates will be assigned underProduction/ Maintenance/ MES/ Injection/ Lab/ CMM/ Quality/ Testdepartment that relates to education and working experience background.
Responsibilities:Involve in structure analysis, rejected improvement.
Identify and resolve technical machine, tester problems and suggest/educate on continuous improvement.
Maintain jig and fixture condition and carry out all tasks according to instructions.
Analyze customer return samples.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:Attend to machine breakdowns & troubleshooting.
Conduct preventive maintenance of machines.
Repair equipment of moulding machines such as chiller, MTC, dehumidifier, hydraulic power pack, etc.
Conduct 5's activities at the workplace.
Install required hardware such as computers on the production side.
Troubleshoot and repair faulty hardware including computers, monitors, and scanners.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
Attend and resolve MES (Manufacturing Execution System) related issues and problems.
Ensure all store hardware is kept in good condition.
Internal communication - ensure production information is communicated consistently & effectively throughout the whole injection department.
Carry out experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality (through jig & fixture capabilities).
Jointly review customer specifications with Project team members, especially in product testing and tool trial stages.
Follow up with the Project team for the latest information on jig & fixture requirements during sample testing or mold transfer.
Proper planning & time scheduling on jigs & fixture verification, especially for dimension purposes.
Conduct daily chemical concentration checks to ensure all chemicals used in etching production are at desired concentrations.
Conduct wastewater sampling chemical tests.
Conduct daily monitoring of pH, conductivity, and temperature for deionized (DI) water at stripping lines.
Assist engineers in conducting experiments for further improvement on etching production and wastewater treatment plant.
Assist in preparation of chemical reagents.
Carry out programming for CMM/Smart scope, 1st Piece, and 4 hourly.
Prepare reports and keep the reports after measurement and ensure all measurements are accurate.
Conduct full part measurements for ISIR submission.
Ensure measuring equipment is well maintained.
Report to the engineer if any problems arise.
Quality Technician Responsibilities:Measure raw parts & identify those parts with drawings.
Monitor & analyze ultrasonic parts daily.
Responsible for all requirement tests & ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Work with engineers & make recommendations for improvement; participate in test runs & meet all requirements.
Update daily data.
Support line setup and model changes.
Conduct 5's for all testers.
Monitor yield and tester performance.
Control spare part limits & provide feedback to engineers.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/SKM in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Polymer) or any related field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
