Responsibilities: Generate new sales leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation methodsEnsure timely response to all incoming communications including chat, calls, and emailsFully utilize your work within the company's system, processes and workflows (CRM, HubSpot, SAP, SharePoint)Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (C-Type)Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectationsMeet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics (calls, response time, opportunity funnel, conversions)Manage a sales pipeline and keep accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM systemProvide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to managementDevelop a deep understanding of the company's products and servicesParticipate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledgeWork collaboratively with other members of the sales team and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.Competencies & General Skills: At Least a Diploma or above with marketing or other related experience.At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, preferably in industrial products or automation industries, with/ without experience in B2B business.Fluent in English and Mandarin both written & verbal are strongly encouraged to apply to serve the Chinese MarketExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConsistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metricsDevelop and maintain a robust sales pipelineGrow existing C-Type customers and develop new customersDevelop new A/B-Type of customer for the field sales teamProvide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to managementStrong sales and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong time management and organizational skillsComfortable with learning product knowledge Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWith or without Sales experience are encouraged to apply Benefits: Health & Medical BenefitsAttractive Commission and IncentiveTraining provided
