As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce our products/services to prospects and explain their benefits.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and identify potential sales opportunities.
Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
