Contact potential customers to inform them about our offerings.
Follow up with interested customers.
Develop in-depth product knowledge.
Manage and qualify sales leads.
Build customer relationships and nurture leads.
Provide sales reports and analysis.
Maintain accurate customer data.
Achieve sales targets.
Support other team members as needed.
Additional Information:Will be working overnight shift (e.g.
: 8PM to 5AM, Mon-Fri)

Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesSales Focus: Proven ability to drive revenue through telemarketing initiatives.
Customer Orientation: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to address them proactively.
Decision Making: Confidence in making informed decisions and collaborating with other teams to achieve sales goals.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism: Maintains a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Time Management: Efficiently manages workload and prioritizes tasks.
What You Need to SucceedDiploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Flexibility to work odd hours and on public holidays
Strong attention to detail
High energy and enthusiasm
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Proficiency in web and electronic tools
Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
CRM system experience
SAP knowledge (a plus)
