Job Scope : To promote product and provide consultation service to customer.Effectively use calling script to communicate the value proposition of our products.Schedule appointments for sales team to meet with potential customers.Meet daily and weekly targets for the number of calls and appointments sets. Requirement : Proficient in Bahasa MalaysiaPossess a sweet and clear voice with excellent phone etiquette.Strong conversational skills and ability to engage with diverse clients.Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or related field is preferred.
