Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephone Operator at EQ Kuala Lumpur.
The Telephone Operator will be responsible for phone etiquette, operating the switchboard, providing customer support, and ensuring effective communication.
The role involves handling incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate personnel, and assisting guests with inquiries.

Phone Etiquette and Switchboard Operator skills
Customer Support and Communication abilities
Experience in switchboard operations
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize incoming calls
Professional and courteous demeanor
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
