About the role
We are seeking a talented TikTok Ecommerce Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving our e-commerce presence and brand engagement on the TikTok platform.
What you'll be doing 1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce (TikTok) strategies, focusing on brand positioning and market penetration.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies effectively.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (TikTok) to promote various kind of products, sales events and brand stories.
2. Analytic and Reporting:
- Analyze digital marketing (TikTok) performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate detailed reports on KPIs, including conversion rates, traffic analysis, and sales data, and provide actionable insights to improve overall e-commerce growth and user engagement.
3. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the e-commerce (TikTok) budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for marketing campaigns and operational needs.
- Monitor expenses related to promotions, advertising and logistics, optimizing for better ROI.
4. Team Leadership:
- Lead, monitor and develop the live host team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving sales goals.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPI's) and make data-driven recommendations to enhance digital marketing (TikTok) performance.
