Tour Operations Assistant

Job ResponsibilityProcess Visa application & related matters
Deal with agents/supplier on ground arrangement
Negotiate and coordinate with oversea tour operator
Assist in planning itinerary
Assist on prepare and follow up on quotation given
Assist on translation of itineraries if required
Assist on design of brochure for new plan attractions for promotions purpose
Issue exchange order, tax invoices, documentation on acknowledgement receipt
Assist on booking form with new closing
Deal with agents and clients on billing & payment arrangement
Handling of travel Insurance purchasing & related matters
Handling incoming calls & inquiries
Handling incoming guests/visitors
Maintain proper filing record and keeping complete documents for future reference
Ad-hoc task as & when required
Job RequirementsMinimum education must have Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Self-motivated and have strong success desire
Desire to grow and showcase your capabilities
