Training Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Develop engaging training materials and programs to address organizational needs.Identify training gaps through assessments with department heads and employees.Facilitate training sessions using diverse instructional methods.Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback.Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.Stay informed about industry trends to enhance training initiatives.Offer coaching and support for employee and managerial development.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying backgrounds and levels.Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design tools is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Possess own transport.
