Bank Customer Service (EXP/FRESH WELCOMED), KL | Near LRT - P11Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions
Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer
Identify and resolve customer's problems and complaints by selecting the best solution
Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
(IMPORTANT)Candidate must possess at least aBachelor's Degree or Diploma (with 2 years working experience)in any field
Experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre would be an added advantage
Degree fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Able to work under 24/7 rotational shift (including weekends and public holidays)
Customer service oriented
Passion in growing career in customer service
Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
