(URGENT HIRING) Bank Customer Service (Feb Intake | LRT | 3K-4k | Fresh/Exp) P6Manage incoming calls from customers in a call centre setting.
Achieve individual performance targets while ensuring compliance and operational risk control.
Conduct necessary research and follow up with customers or direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Listen to customers to identify their needs and offer suitable products, services, and solutions.
Provide exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction, striving to resolve queries on the first contact.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre is an advantage.
Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Customer service oriented.
Required language(s): English or Mandarin.
