Role Overview: The UX/UI Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products across multiple platforms.
This role requires a blend of UX expertise, strong UI design skills, and a passion for creating beautiful and intuitive interfaces.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading design projects, from concept to execution, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities: • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and excellence in both UX/UI design and visual aesthetics.
• Define the design direction and establish a cohesive visual language that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Provide guidance to ensure the visual consistency and integrity of our products across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into engaging and intuitive design solutions.

• Develop high-fidelity UI designs that enhance the visual appeal and usability of our products, while adhering to design best practices and align with our brand guidelines • Refine designs based on data, user insights and usability findings.
• Mentor and inspire members of the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and advocate for their adoption as appropriate.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, process and visual storytelling ability • Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design principles and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
