Veterinarian (Broiler Farm)

Responsible for implementing disease control, prevention, and treatment measures for poultry at the farm.
Oversee, organize, and execute daily veterinary programs across the farms.
Provide veterinary advice and guidance to Farm Management.
Lead the management team to ensure compliance with Department of Veterinary Services standards for maintaining the myGAP (Malaysia Good Agricultural Practices) certification.
Ensure that all veterinary protocols, including Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP), flock health monitoring, and veterinary programs, are strictly followed to achieve continuous, effective, and productive farm management.
Regularly monitor biosecurity measures, vaccinations, routine medications, disease surveillance, diagnostic processes, and laboratory sampling, interpreting results as needed.
Ensure proper management and recording of all farm resources, including labor, livestock, feed, biologics, pharmaceuticals, equipment, facilities, and farm outputs.
What We're Seeking:
A licensed veterinarian holding a degree in Veterinary Medicine or an MSc in a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the animal health or livestock sector, or in veterinary clinics.
In-depth technical expertise and knowledge of animal health, nutrition, and welfare practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, problem-solving, and making sound decisions under pressure.
