2. Work Location
Headquarters : Located in Central, Hong Kong Island. The company's subsidiaries are in capitals such as Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Taichung, Manila, etc. The role requires adaptability to business travel.
3. Job Responsibilities
HR Strategic Planning : Develop and implement HR strategies in line with the company's growth objectives. Optimize HR allocation and build talent forecasting systems.
Daily HR Management : Supervise recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc. Improve HR management systems and work efficiency.
Performance Management and Evaluation : Design and improve the performance evaluation system. Ensure performance results are tied to compensation and promotions, and regularly analyze performance to provide improvement suggestions.
Equity Incentive and Talent Motivation : Develop and execute stock option and long-term incentive programs to attract and retain core talents and increase employee commitment.
Executive Recruitment and Key Position Hiring : Lead high-end talent recruitment and establishment of efficient talent acquisition channels. Work closely with headhunting firms and high-end talent networks.
Talent Development and Succession Planning : Implement talent development programs and build succession pipelines for key positions to ensure stable talent supply.
Corporate Culture and Employee Relations : Promote and implement corporate culture to enhance employee cohesion and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and take actions for improvements.
Labor Relations and Compliance : Handle major labor disputes, safeguard the company's legal rights, and stay updated on labor laws and policies to ensure legal compliance.
HR Cost and Resource Optimization : Monitor HR costs and optimize organizational structures to improve efficiency. Provide decision support based on data analysis.
Digital HR Management : Drive the digital transformation of HR by developing an HR Information System (HRIS) to improve management efficiency through data analysis.
HR Structure and Processes : Establish and improve the HR structure, job descriptions, workflows, and regulations to ensure efficient operations within the group and its subsidiaries.
Strategic Goal Planning : Participate in formulating the company's medium- and long-term strategic goals and oversee their implementation.
4. Position Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
Experience : At least 5 years in senior HR management roles (e.g., HR Director or above) in large and diversified enterprises.
Skills : Strong experience in designing performance evaluation systems, stock option policies, and executive recruitment.
Abilities : Exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle complex HR issues.
Knowledge : Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Languages : Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong language organization skills.
Experience in Culture Building : Experience in corporate culture development and transformation, and familiarity with optimizing a federal organizational structure.
