Formulate and implement the company's operating strategy:Promote the achievement of business goals, optimize business models, and achieve growth.
Optimize cash flow and capital allocation:Formulate rules and regulations, ensure efficient use of funds, compliant operations, and improve customer and agent satisfaction.
Innovative Marketing and Promotion:Plan and implement innovative marketing and promotion activities to enhance brand influence and promote sales growth.
Build a Data Analysis System:Monitor key indicators, and use data to drive operational optimization and decision-making.
Comprehensive Financial and Risk Management:Comprehensively manage the financial business sector, ensure compliant operations, and establish a risk management system.
Team Building and Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Form and manage an efficient team, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and achieve resource integration and value enhancement.
Explore New Markets and Opportunities:Explore new markets and cooperation opportunities, and promote business innovation and sustainable development.
Formulate Budgets and Optimize Resource Allocation:Formulate budgets, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational efficiency and benefits.
Organizational Structure and Operational Efficiency:Establish and improve the organizational structure, job responsibilities, work processes, rules and regulations of the group's operations center to ensure the efficient operation of the group and its subsidiaries;
Medium- and Long-Term Strategic Goals:Participate in the formulation of the company's medium- and long-term strategic goals, and organize their implementation;
4. Position Requirements
Education:Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management, business administration or related majors preferred; MBA preferred.
Experience:More than 10 years of operational management experience, more than 5 years of senior management experience in the financial industry, familiar with international financial markets and regulatory policies.
Skills:Excellent strategic planning, data analysis and team management capabilities, with excellent resource integration and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
Abilities:Able to adapt to frequent cross-regional business trips, including Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Taichung, Manila and other places.
Knowledge:Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Languages:Fluent in Chinese and English, strong language organization skills.
Experience in Culture Building:Experience in corporate culture development and transformation, and familiarity with optimizing a federal organizational structure.
