Job Description:

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments for team members.
2. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
3. Conduct research and compile information as needed.
4. Coordinate meetings and conference calls.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
6. Assist with project management and coordination.
7. Provide general support to team members as needed.

Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong decision-making and persuasion skills.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
7. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
8. Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance available for qualified candidates.
