Vision Engineer

As the Vision Engineer in the machine vision industry, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise and support to customers using machine vision applications.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful integration, implementation, and troubleshooting of machine vision solutions in diverse industrial settings.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
This position requires a strong technical background in machine vision technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
You will be required to visit local customer sites for support, training, and installation.
Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:Assist customers in hardware selection and system configurations of machine vision systems.
Identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime.
Develop machine vision applications and manage application projects to ensure timely completion.
Conduct Vision Education Program training.
Work closely with sales, product marketing, R&D, and customer support teams.
Stay updated with industry trends and maintain industry knowledge.
Perform other duties as requested.
