Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader

Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.
Oversee the picking, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Communicate with transporter to ensure on time & accurate delivery.
Resolve daily shipment issues with transporter.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse team leader or transport management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is desired.#J-18808-Ljbffr
