Job DescriptionResponsible for the sales and services of Bank Rakyat products to customers, primarily for Wealth Management products, aiming to increase the Bank's fee base income.
Deliver good financial advisory and provide consultations to potential customers, recommending suitable wealth products that meet their financial objectives.
Handle account openings and customer inquiries on all product-related matters, acting as the customers' point of contact and managing relationships to increase product holdings with the Bank.
Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Banking, Business Finance, Commerce (or equivalent) or meeting certain criteria set by Wealth Management & Retail Banking.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sales position in retail banking, progressive financial services, and retail sales experience.
Possess Takaful/Insurance certification (e.g., CEILLI, TBE) – compulsory.
Possess Unit Trust license (CUTE) – compulsory.
Possession of professional qualifications (e.g., CIFP, IPCC) is an added advantage.
