Web Chat Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Motivated and confident personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using online chat platforms and other communication tools
