### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with clients via web chat in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries efficiently.

- **Problem Resolution**: Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions in real-time.

- **Information Management**: Record and track all chat interactions using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and security at all times.

- **Feedback and Reporting**: Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends to management for process improvements.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve product knowledge, enhancing the overall customer experience.

- **Knowledge Base Maintenance**: Update and contribute to the internal knowledge base to promote self-service resources for customers and enhance team efficacy.

- **Time Management**: Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely response and resolution of customer inquiries.

- **Continuous Learning**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new products, policies, and chat support technologies.

### Requirements

- **Education**: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, specifically in an online chat environment or similar role.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using web chat software, CRM systems, and basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting. Familiarity with platform-specific guidelines is a plus.
