Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Resilient and resourceful personality traits
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in a virtual team environment
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
