We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when communicating with customers- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed- Stay up to date on products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
