Design and Build High-Quality Websites:Use Webflow to develop visually appealing, fully responsive websites that align with the company's vision and goals.Enhance User Experience and Drive Conversions:Design seamless user experiences and customer journeys that optimize engagement and maximize conversion rates.Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with various departments to turn design concepts into engaging, functional web experiences that enhance our brand presence.SEO Compatibility:Ensure all web projects are optimized for speed, search engine visibility, and outstanding user experiences.Omniplatform:Verify that websites provide consistent performance across multiple browsers and devices.Stay Ahead of the Curve:Keep up-to-date with the latest Webflow features and industry trends to apply best practices in web design.Refine and Improve:Continuously iterate on web designs based on team feedback and project needs to achieve the best outcomes.Maintain and Enhance:Regularly update company websites, adding new features and content to keep them dynamic and relevant.Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong portfolio.Practical experience with popular CMS platforms, including building and maintaining websites within these systems such as WordPress or Webflow.Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM strategies, including implementing tactics that enhance search engine rankings and online visibility.Experience in managing web development projects from concept to completion.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions quickly.Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
