**Job Description:**
Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality support to our accounts team, facilitating smooth and effective operations, maintaining customer relationships, and enhancing overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of independent work skills and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of our projects while delivering exceptional service.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Client Coordination:** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, managing communications, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- **Data Management:** Maintain and update customer accounts and records, ensuring all information is current and accurate in our databases.
- **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team by preparing reports, analyzing account performance data, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of Nestlé's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions and address client needs.
- **Relationship Building:** Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, and gain insights into their business needs and challenges to provide tailored support.
- **Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify potential issues or concerns from clients and work with the necessary teams to develop effective resolutions.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular status updates and performance reports to management, highlighting account trends, opportunities, and risks.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for operational improvements and contribute suggestions based on insights gathered from client interactions and account management activities.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years in account support, customer service, or a related field, demonstrating a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and strong analytical skills.
