**Job Description:**

Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in establishing and nurturing client relationships, while contributing to the overall success of our projects and initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Engagement:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

2. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in managing client records, including contact information, service agreements, and feedback forms.
- Prepare and organize reports related to client interactions, complaints, and satisfaction metrics for review by senior management.
- Coordinate client meetings and presentations, ensuring all materials are prepared and logistics are managed efficiently.

3. **Problem-Solving:**
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills by identifying and resolving client issues effectively while ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to address client concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions are implemented.

4. **People Management:**
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among internal teams to facilitate seamless operations and service delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to junior associates regarding client relations best practices.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance client relations skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client expectations to position Axiata Group at the forefront of client service.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a client relations role or similar position.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
