**Job Overview:**
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing them with top-notch support and guidance throughout their projects. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Communication**
- Engage with clients through various channels (email, phone, in-person) to understand their needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure project milestones are met, and any concerns are addressed promptly.
2. **Issue Resolution**
- Act as a problem-solver by effectively identifying issues or discrepancies and coordinating with relevant internal teams to resolve them quickly.
- Document and track all client interactions and issues in our CRM system to maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
3. **Project Support**
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure clients receive accurate information regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings to facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals.
4. **Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating our commitment to service excellence.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to continuously improve our services and address client-specific concerns.
5. **Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Product Development to share client insights and foster a collaborative spirit.
- Assist in training new team members on client management processes and best practices to enhance team performance.
6. **Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare and present reports on client feedback, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for improvement to senior management.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing service delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role or similar position, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
