### Job Description
Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and dynamic **Customer Service Officer** to join our team in a part-time, work-from-home capacity. As a front-line representative of our company, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify and address customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- **Database Management:** Maintain and update customer records in our database to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance service quality, contribute to product improvements, and elevate overall customer experience.
- **Data Analysis:** Utilize data analytics tools to extract and analyze customer interaction data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge related to customer service and industry best practices.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback for performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
### Requirements
- **Education and Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
- A diploma or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations with a positive attitude.
- Reliable: Consistent in meeting commitments and following through on tasks.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong planning skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Persuasion: Capable of influencing customers to make informed decisions positively.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with data analysis software is a plus.
- **Communication Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.
