### Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking a proactive and resilient Account Support Associate to join our remote team. As an essential part of a dynamic workforce, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring seamless account management processes. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, analyze accounts and issues, and provide outstanding service to our clients while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Account Management:**
- Assist in managing client accounts to ensure smooth operations and continuity of service.
- Regularly review account status and client satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

- **Client Communication:**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding account details and services.
- Collaborate closely with clients through various communication channels, including emails, calls, and virtual meetings to resolve issues effectively.

- **Data Analysis:**
- Analyze client account metrics, performance data, and trends to provide actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports regarding account performance and recommendations for enhancement.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
- Contribute to team projects aimed at improving processes and client experiences.

- **Problem Solving:**
- Address client concerns with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transaction histories to support efficient problem-solving.

- **Compliance and Best Practices:**
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
- Train new team members on account management best practices and foster an inclusive, supportive environment.

### Qualifications:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in account support or a similar role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.

- Independent: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while effectively managing priorities.
