### Job Description
Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Account Management Support:** Assist the account management team in tracking and managing client accounts. Help ensure all client data is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping:** Maintain meticulous records of interactions, transactions, and client requests using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and regulations.
- **Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify customer issues and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complaints and maximize client satisfaction.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on account statuses, including any challenges faced and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and feedback to enhance overall service delivery.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and filing documents. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues and various departments to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery. Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving client service.
- **Innovation:** Contribute creative ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
### Requirements
**Essential Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, account management, or related role.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
