**Job Description:**

Top Glove Corporation Berhad, a leader in the rubber glove manufacturing industry, is seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as an Account Support Officer. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Account Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our account management team and ensuring a high standard of service for our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person while ensuring a professional and positive interaction.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by providing timely and accurate information regarding their account status and other inquiries.

2. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist the account management team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate client records in our database.
- Prepare and organize account-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and quotations.

3. **Account Management:**
- Support the team in processing orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues related to client accounts to the senior account managers.

4. **Data Analysis:**
- Collect and analyze data related to client accounts to assist in generating detailed reports that inform strategic planning and account growth initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and create reports for review by the account management team.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates on account status and share insights that contribute to overall strategic planning.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for enhancing the account support process.
- Contribute ideas for improving client satisfaction and internal processes.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, internship or volunteer experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strategic planning abilities to assist in the development of account management strategies.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- **Personality Traits:**

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting clients.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
