### Job Summary
As an Account Support Representative at Proton Holdings Berhad, you will play a critical role in managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional service to foster long-term relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to support our clients by ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries, providing timely responses to customer emails and calls, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Account Management:** Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate within our CRM system. Monitor account performance and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot client issues proactively, working both independently and collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions. Employ strong problem-solving skills to address and rectify concerns swiftly.
- **Communication:** Clearly communicate account updates, policies, and valuable insights to clients, utilizing persuasive techniques to foster understanding and approval of procedures or changes.
- **Data Analysis:** Prepare and analyze reports on account performance, customer feedback, and other relevant data, recommending improvements based on findings.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align customer service efforts with company goals and strategy, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including detailed notes on issues raised and resolutions provided. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback on products and services, relaying this information back to management to support the continuous improvement of offerings.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and industry knowledge.
### Requirements
- **Education:** Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or customer support, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong aptitude for learning new software tools.
