Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Office Management : Ensure smooth daily office operations, including supply management and correspondence handling.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records and filing systems while safeguarding sensitive information.
Coordination : Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events, including agenda preparation.
Administrative Support : Provide support to management and departments, liaise with vendors, and assist in special projects.
Sales Assistance : Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales materials; maintain sales records and provide basic customer support.
Requirements and skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant sector.
Proven experience in office administration and coordination.
Familiarity with record-keeping systems and administrative processes.
Basic understanding of sales support functions, including preparing quotations and contracts.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent command of English, Malay, and Chinese both written and oral.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Office Relocation Update:The current office is located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. The target is to move to a new office by Q2 2025, located at PJCT, No. 18, Seksyen 51A, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
