How you'll make an impact:Spearhead and support Business Operations Initiatives
Participate in Regional and Global initiatives to harmonize Business Operations, Analytics and Data governance practices
Develop and implement process improvements that enhance Operational Consistency and Efficiency across the JAPAC region
Drive Adoption of Processes and Solutions by working independently with business unit stakeholders at the country levels
Other incidental duties
What you'll need (Required):Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, data management, or operations preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in business operations, data management, or related fields.
Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) ismandatory
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Tableau is highly desirable but not mandatory
What else we look for (Preferred):Strong attention to detail and good organizational and project management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, driving alignment and adoption
Experience with Microsoft Office; exposure to Salesforce CRM and Tableau is a plus
Good conflict resolution skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
