Assistant M&E Manager

Job Responsibilities: • Assist Manager for all M&E matter related included authorities issue.
• Assist Manager for all Green Feature and ESG matter related
• Assist Manager for all New Technology matter related.
• In charge project from beginning of project till project complete at site, liaising with all relevant authorities, manage consultants and contractor.
• Identify and develop design concept, design brief, design requirement and set KPI to consultant and internal team
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the management.
Job Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field) is required for this position.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering, ideally in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in M&E systems are essential, with the ability to manage both mechanical and electrical components effectively.
• A deep understanding of M&E systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, is required to succeed in this role.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, combined with a proactive and positive attitude, is crucial for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is necessary to perform various tasks such as project planning, documentation, and design work.
• Fluency in English and Malay is required, while knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage for communication with a diverse workforce.
