Ninjavan is looking for an Assistant Manager for Commercial Strategy & Sales Operations with a strategic approach to business operations and substantial commercial experience. This role includes analyzing commercial opportunities and taking the lead in resolving any related issues within the Sales & Partnership department. Job Responsibility :- Conducting market research on competitors and maintaining close communication with other commercial teams to identify and implement effective sales strategies. Evaluating the effectiveness of sales promotions, considering their commercial and operational impacts in relation to seasonal trends. Developing forecasts aligned with sales promotions and other factors affecting business performance. Collaborating with the commercial team to launch new sales initiatives and create dashboards to track their progress. Crafting KPIs for the team in partnership with the manager and head of sales. Working closely with the operational team to roll out new initiatives based on specific territories. Standardizing the reporting of sales promotion results and other metrics to track the performance of sales initiatives. Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify sales promotions. Managing traditional trade sales development through comprehensive market analysis. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Managing analysis that provides valuable benchmarking and timely insights for management and various departments. Improving operational systems, processes, and policies to support better management reporting, information flow, and business processes. Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into actionable and quantitative plans. Assisting the Sales & Partnership department by analyzing commercial opportunities and leading the resolution of any commercial issues that arise. Job Requirement :- Ability to multitask and manage more than one deliverable at a time Finish deliverables in timely manner, in line with expectation of your direct manager Eager to expand the company with new sales strategies, and initiatives. Ability to communicate effectively within the team, and with external stakeholders, in driving for results and receiving deliverables Ability to identify opportunities in the market, from both a localized and macro perspectives Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel & SQL is a must A plus point would be if the candidate has experience using the Salesforce tool. Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree of any field, with a firm grasp of sales and At least 5 years of working experience in logistics/ e-commerce industry is preferred for this position, or working with large data sets
