Assistant Manager Position

Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategies for achieving the company's overall goals and vision.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging market trends.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance product offerings and services based on customer feedback and market demands.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships and enhance business prospects.
Assist in the preparation of compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to attract potential clients and secure new projects.
Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Participate in contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives, presenting regular updates to senior management.
ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, product development, sales, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, process and presentation skills.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Able to work on public holidays, weekends and overtime due to projects & clients' request.
Applicant must be eligible to work in Malaysia legally.
