Assistant Manager - Transportation

Requirements:-
•             Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, or related field.
•             At least 3-5 years working experience in roles and added bonus if in the automotive industry.
•             Able to work independently and handle all transportation matters.
•             Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•             Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•             Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:-
•             In charge of cars' ownership transfer related issues, car Puspakom inspection, road tax, insurance, ownership transfer and compliance with SPAD, JPJ and Puspakom regulations. 
•             Ensure timely renewal of vehicle permits, road tax, insurance, and compliance with SPAD, JPJ, and Puspakom regulations.
•             Monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and license renewals.
Prepared Monthly Report and other reports as requested.
