Assistant Production Manager (Chemical) - Seremban

Ensure smooth operation of factory activities such production planning, production execution and material transfer via SAP system. Be a part of IMS, GMP, HACCP and HALAL implementation as well as EHS related matters. Guide, set-up and implement process improvement activities using tools such RCA, LEAN and 5S Leading analysis on production variance and maintain good reporting on material consumption and finish good production Support and facilitate new production development trial with support from process engineer and product development team Ensure company operations, production is complying to local and corporate EHS policy and required compliances with experience and exposure to local legal compliances Qualifications (Minimum Qualification Required For The Position)
Bachelor in Chemical Engineering/ with MBA is an added advantage Excellent computer skills such PowerPoint and Excel Well-versed in SAP system, OEE, CAPEX, OPEX & KPI Experience (Minimum Number Of Years And Type Of Experience Required For The Position)
Experience in batch and continuous powder processing Minimum 5 years' experience in MNC / Large corporation Hands on process inspection, new product development and troubleshooting Involved in IMS, GMP, HACCP and HALAL standard implementation *For Malaysians Only.
