Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and track KPIs, sales targets, and productivity.
Develop dashboards, reports, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management for optimizing sales strategies.
Sales and Inventory Management:
Compile sales reports, calculate monthly incentives, and analyze pricing, costs, and discounts.
Maintain DIAL system data, ensuring integration with sales and inventory.
Administer distributor system, track stock levels, and monitor product distribution performance.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Strategies:
Assist in evaluating and improving sales force effectiveness through data-driven insights, and identify opportunities for sales process optimization and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives focused on productivity and efficiency.
Forecasting & Planning:
Support in the creation of sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and market conditions.
Ensure that the sales forecasting process is accurate and aligned with business objectives.
Assist in the annual and quarterly sales planning processes, ensuring data integrity and alignment with the company's goals.
CRM & Data Management:
Manage and maintain data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate, timely, and up-to-date sales data.
Conduct data audits and address discrepancies or inconsistencies to maintain high-quality data.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to enhance CRM functionalities and ensure the system meets business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide insights that support decision-making and drive business results.
Provide training and support to sales teams on utilizing available tools and data to improve sales performance.
Minimum Requirements:
At least1 - 2 yearsof work experience insales analyst ,sales operations , or a similar data-driven role.
Working experience in thepharmaceutical industryor relevant is preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such asExcel, Power BI, or Tableau .
Experience withCRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)is a plus.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
Understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management.
