We are seeking a dedicatedBusiness Development Managerto expand our network of corporate partners.
The role involves acquiring new clients, relationship management, and market development skills to provide exceptional value to corporate clients and their employees.
Salary Range: RM 8,000 - RM 15,000
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Partnerships:
Identify and engage clients to use the company's platform for their employees.
Clearly explain our products and services to clients, ensuring they understand the full range of offerings.
Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Conduct regular client reviews to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build long-term relationships that drive client retention and satisfaction.
Product Integration and Support:
Execute company plans and contribute to the company's growth by helping to build its business.
Provide training and support to corporate clients on how to maximize the platform's value.
Gather client feedback to support product enhancements and new feature development.
Market Development:
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine client engagement strategies.
Market the company's products and services using a cross-selling approach.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, relationship management, or B2B customer service.
Prior experience dealing with financial type or Fintech products is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
