Accountable for developing businesses and reaching sales targets for ELSA Talent Solutions.
Work closely with internal colleagues in delivering impactful business development and marketing activities.
Targeted segment is in all Private & Public Sectors.
Main Activities
Identifying business opportunities with the sales team through networking, cold calls, sales emails, marketing campaigns, and other business development initiatives.
Determining high chance business opportunities and continuing to follow up to expand the business pipeline (e.g., ensuring email conversations lead to presentations, presentations to proposals, proposals to contract awards, and continuing to build business post-contract award).
Providing pre-sales presentations, technical Q&A, and after-sales support services.
Delivering solution & service proposals that best meet the clients' needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery timeline.
Conducting vendor registrations for ELSA's clients.
Working on tender activities including preparation and submission of Market Surveys, RFQs, RFPs, and Technical and Commercial Bid Proposals.
Analyzing tender requirements and preparing a strong and competitive proposal.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions.
Working closely with recruiters to source candidates to meet the requirements of clients pre and post contract award.
Maximizing business with existing contracts and maintaining strong relationships with clients to build and expand business long-term.
Participating in company marketing initiatives such as producing articles, social media marketing posts, email blast campaigns, attending or creating networking events, and producing webinar campaigns.
Assisting in various departmental initiatives including talent database, market research, branding, SOP, technology adoption, and HSE adherence among others.
Requirements
Any degree or diploma with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role in Sales / Business Development / Marketing in a business environment.
Experience in sales & business development in talent solutions such as recruitment, payroll, and manpower services is an advantage.
Persistence and proven ability in generating leads / sales / business.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
