The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives within the hospital.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the incumbent will focus on the Business Development Department, working closely with the Customer Service Department and Patients Liaison Department.
The primary objective is to grow the hospital's revenue streams and collaborate with the General Manager on product development and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership as the Head of Business Development, responsible for the growth and performance of the department.
Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations within the Business Development Department.
Maintain adequate staffing levels within the department for smooth operations.
Prepare and meet departmental budgets, including revenue, marketing expenses, and human resources targets.
Ensure managers and subordinates within the department meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Analyze statistics and compile accurate records.
Recruit, mentor, and develop the Business Development team, creating an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Stay ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly business and performance reports to the management.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Area Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to support the development and execution of business plans.
