Primary Job Function: The Specialty Care Business Unit Manager is responsible for driving the overall performance of the Specialty Care Business Unit.

Stakeholder and KOL EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in both private and government sectors.Share product information effectively, conducting presentations and influencing key opinion leaders (KOLs) to increase brand and product awareness.Develop and execute stakeholder management plans for KOLs, delivering Continuous Medical Education (CME) and product training sessions to drive product adoption.4.
Commercial Excellence and Sales EnablementLead the creation and implementation of sales strategies that empower the team to achieve and exceed targets.Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize team productivity and market impact.Align commercial plans with marketing initiatives to drive unified and effective campaigns.6.
Internal Collaboration and Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, medical, regulatory, and finance teams.Collaborate across departments to align business strategies and maximize the impact of the Oncology Business Unit.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.7.
Market Intelligence and Competitive AnalysisStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in oncology to inform strategic decisions.Provide regular market insights and forecasts to senior management to shape future business strategies.Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.Minimum Experience/Training Required:Minimum of 8 years of experience in specialty care, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.Proven track record of successful P&L management and strategic planning.Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly with KOLs and HCPs.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic actions.
