The Role:
Prepares performance reports and presentation slides to Senior Management Team for periodic business review.
Support regional agency sales team in terms of coordination of nationwide / regional contest and reports.
Executes performance analytics and planning such as performance statistics and internal reviews of agency sales trends.
Identify the challenges and support required by the assigned agencies to ensure the desired results can be achieved.
Organize ad-hoc events or special activities to boost agency performance in terms of production and recruitment.
Consistently review agency performance in Sales & Recruitment to identify the need for revision on project's action plan to achieve business goals.
Organize meetings with project leaders and work stream members and manage progress development on each project.
Actively follow up with work stream members to identify challenges in project implementation and work on developing solutions.
The Person:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and/or related.
Preferably 2 years of working experience in Project Management / Strategic Planning / Management Reporting / Business Development.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Performance oriented, creative, sharp on the insurance market vibe, with high verbal and numerical literacy.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Highly motivated, success-driven and able to work independently.
High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
