Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our team at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and resolve any issues.3. Maintain customer records and update database with relevant information.4. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.5. Assist with order processing and tracking shipments.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service.7. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.8. Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Requirements:1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits.3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.4. Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities.5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
