SIRIM Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding SIRIM Berhad's services, products, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with unresolved issues to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed.

3. **Data Entry and Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database system.
- Update customer information and document service issues, ensuring all data is processed according to the organization's standards.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and resolve complex inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve your own skills and contribute to the team's effectiveness.

5. **Reporting:**
- Generate reports on customer feedback and services as requested by management.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer interactions and provide insights to management for service improvements.

6. **Compliance and Quality:**
- Adhere to SIRIM Berhad's policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed established service metrics and performance goals.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking: Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Passionate: A genuine interest in helping others and delivering exceptional service.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent cooperation skills: Ability to work harmoniously in a team setting while being supportive and respectful towards colleagues.
- Emotional intelligence: Capacity to understand and manage your own emotions, as well as empathize with customers' feelings and perspectives.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Malay (or other relevant local dialects).
