As a Call Center Associate at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely from your location in George Town, Penang. This part-time position at the associate level requires at least 3 years of related experience.
Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution3. Utilize CRM system to document customer interactions and update information as needed4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience5. Meet or exceed set performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction7. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements:1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools5. Adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer service6. Strong people management skills and creativity in problem-solving7. Ability to work independently and remotely8. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
