### Job Description

As a Call Center Associate at IJM Corporation Berhad, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer service operations through effective communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge while working remotely. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service Operations:**

4. **Sales Support:**

- Assist in processing orders and managing customer accounts as required.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggestions for process improvements.

6. **Adherence to Policies:**
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data protection.
- Follow established guidelines to ensure customer inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.

### Required Qualifications:

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is desirable.
