**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interactions:** Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, providing knowledgeable assistance and addressing inquiries effectively.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify customer issues and concerns, utilizing existing protocols and training to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure seamless information flow and follow-up actions.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. Participate in team meetings and share insights or suggestions for process improvements.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products/services and promotions to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.
- **Sales Support:** Assist with upselling and cross-selling company products and services when appropriate, contributing to sales goals while focusing on customer satisfaction.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect and relay customer feedback to the management team, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement in products and services.
- **Adherence to Policies:** Follow established procedures and guidelines, including adhering to quality standards and response times to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or relevant coursework is a plus.
- **Experience:** No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be reliable and confident in interpersonal communications, maintaining a positive demeanor even in challenging situations.
